At the same time I saw how priorities can quietly shift, with capital becoming the objective rather than a tool.

Meet Jono
I am the founder of Larnach Capital. Having spent the last decade in corporate finance, I love the opportunity to empower business leaders and help them build businesses that thrive.
In my roles I have witnessed the power of teamwork in wealth creation—which is why I now invest primarily in multifamily after 10 years of investing in flips, duplexes, AirBnb, bare land, subdivision.
Today, I am passionate about investing in businesses that bring blessing to people.
We are actively invested in over 1,400 multifamily apartment units and are co-manager of 5 multifamily projects.
In total we are invested in 10 syndications across multifamily real estate, venture capital, and impact lending, and my wife Erin and I own an Airbnb.
Erin and I love gardening, hiking, camping, and exploring our local greenway with our two children. We are actively involved at our local church.
