With over a decade in real estate and corporate finance, I have observed firsthand the power of sophisticated investors collaborating to structure capital and intentionally build long-term wealth.
At the same time I saw how priorities can quietly shift, with capital becoming the objective rather than a tool.

Meet Jono
I am the founder of Larnach Capital. Having spent the last decade in corporate finance, I love the opportunity to empower business leaders and help them build businesses that thrive.
In my roles I have witnessed the power of teamwork in wealth creation—which is why I now invest primarily in multifamily after 10 years of investing in flips, duplexes, AirBnb, bare land, subdivision.
Today, I am passionate about investing in businesses that bring blessing to people.
We are actively invested in over 1,400 multifamily apartment units and are co-manager of 5 multifamily projects.
In total we are invested in 10 syndications across multifamily real estate, venture capital, and impact lending, and my wife Erin and I own an Airbnb.
Erin and I love gardening, hiking, camping, and exploring our local greenway with our two children. We are actively involved at our local church.

Meeting and working with Jono was an absolute gift! He takes his faith seriously, but is also quite knowledgeable about investing in the private alternative space. This coupled with his experience with short-term rentals and Airbnbs, gives him an edge that many capital raiser don't have. We chose to invest with Larnach Capital for a variety of reasons. Firstly, Jono was thorough and professional which gave us confidence to listen to him.
