Meeting and working with Jono was an absolute gift! He takes his faith seriously, but is also quite knowledgeable about investing in the private alternative space. This coupled with his experience with short-term rentals and Airbnbs, gives him an edge that many capital raiser don't have. What I especially appreciate about Jono is his personal faith in Christ that centers everything he does. His integrity, palpable joy, and work ethic make him someone I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to learn about passive investing with purpose without sacrificing robust returns and quality personal communication. We chose to invest with Larnach Capital for a variety of reasons. Firstly, Jono was thorough and professional which gave us confidence to listen to him. Secondly, he also presented us with a great spreadsheet which analysed the outcomes and risk factors. Thirdly, he gave us as much time as we needed to talk through the investment.
